There is more than one Internet Service Provider!
This page lists all ISPs in our database and should not be seen as an exhaustive list of all UK internet service providers (ISPs).
Where an (un)official consumer website exists for that ISP (that we know about) we have provided a link to that site.
We have added whether each ISP will accept MAC (migration authorisation code) keys and more specifically, LLU MAC keys (for more information, see the bottom of this page). There is a separate list here on OrangeProblems.co.uk listing only those ISPs that have told us that they do accept Orange LLU MAC keys.
You can view and compare broadband packages here on OrangeProblems.co.uk

MACs and LLU...
We have added whether each ISP will accept MAC keys and more specifically, LLU MAC keys.
If you want to sign up to a provider that does not accept LLU MAC keys, and your line has been unbundled by Orange (LLU'd), your line will first have to be "unbundled" from Orange back to BT. This is a manual process and some providers charge for this (up to £50). This will cause an interruption to your broadband service (up to 3 weeks). You should ask your prospective provider how long this will take.
There is no migration process from LLU to cable suppliers.
