Phoned Orange and got it switched off no problems.

You have to phone them up (in my case 3 times) and ask them for a pouch (again 3 times).

it's not BTs fault
it's TalkTalks they simply underestimated the responce
They stated that BT didn't make the phone connection switch-over to TalkTalk at the end of the program.
I've known for a long time that Britain was lacking on internet technology but £24/month for HD-TV, phone and internet via 23Mbit connection and video on demand for £1.50 a film.
