Hi All,

I am having problems accessing Ornage Jukebox in windows vista, is anybody else experiencing this or no of a fix?

Every time I try to go to Jukebox, I get

To access Orange Jukebox and enjoy all the functionalities of this service you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Microsoft Windows XP or higher (see "operating system" )
- Internet Explorer 6 or higher

have tried filling in customer care form but never get reply.

Hi,

I had the same thing - can't offer you a permanent solution, but you can get a download from microsoft to emulate the IE6 user agent string - this fixes the problem. Find it at:
