just out of curiousity, how many people have the new livebox mini?
I've never seen one.
Am I missing the point here. I presumed that I would not need the arial. I have Freeview with an aerial now. Why would I want Orange TV - what is the point of connecting it to the Livebox?

So I guess Orange TV will work at the beginning just like a Freeview box. And the need to connect to Livebox is just for the On Demand services (eg. as advertised the 7-day catch up) + any other additional channels in the future which will be transmitted via adsl as they currently do in France - right?
Back to the comment about new Livebox mini - would this new one give any additional benefits? Are we allowed to change it?
I would love to know a firmer date when this product is available I'm really excited about VOD. I'm LLU @ 6.5 mbs so should be no problem. I would love to trial this product. I have signed up on the website.
So other than on-demand and film streaming, Orange Digital TV offers nothing over and above that of a normal Freeview STB.
Why on earth couldn't Orange design an all-singing all-dancing Livebox incorporating STB+PVR+BB router ?
This is very early on for this service it's not even released. They have said that they are working on a PVR. I'm looking for a service similiar to BT vision but on Orange. Already have a PVR so its the on demand stuff that interests me most, although having the PVR built in would be nice.
Why should Orange have a all-singing all-dancing Livebox incorporating STB+PVR+BB router, when no other ISP including BT, who are the market leader of ISP on demand TV, do not. Why not ask for HD service as well
I would hope that the set top box would have HDMI port. On demand HD?
No hard disk can't do saving to hard disk like BT vision system starting in Autumn
What content providers have they got Disney & MGM were announced a long time ago, any more?
