We've not been able to complete the test to see if your line can support digital TV. For us to be able to do this, you'll need to plug in your Livebox and leave it on for 10 consecutive days.
If your line can support digital TV, we'll then send you the set-top box so you can get watching - but either way, we'll let you know.

The email you got is automatically generated by our system, don't worry, chances are highly unlikely that you will ever see the digital tv service, it wasn't ground-breaking by any means, and it looks although digital tv will NOT be going for a commercial launch, or any launch for that matter, the digital tv team have been disbanded and moved to other areas and we've had no mention of whether the trial will continue or whether it will slowly wither to nothing

it was doomed from the start, the combination of the feck-ugly box they got from siemens at the cheapest possible price and the dismal service they were offering did not help one bit, although it might have been saved if the technicians in France had remembered to actually put the Freeview files onto the servers halfway through the trial
