I complained about the misleading adverts for 8 meg broadband on the basis that they advertised it when it was available to around 5% of users. The complaint was upheld, and they have had to significantly change thier ads.
Wanadoo as a company were in the wrong as this did fall under false advertising, and since then the ads have been changed. if your upfor a challenge again with the advertising standards agency check the home page....i will say no more on this
