I finally got everything set up with Orange after numerous calls to their ever so helpful (<--- total sarcasm, that --->) helpdesk, me moving house, an abandoned LLU order (whatever that means!) ...
I am being charged £1 per month to process a bill of £0. Orange claim it is the credit card companies who levie the charge but after speaking to mastercard and amex they beg to differ.
Nice to hear you got it sorted at last you would think by now they would inform their customers of what needs to be adjusted by now.
