Well I don't think many people use the service. Personally I stick to non-DRM sites.

The problem is that I have significant money in my Orange Jukebox account and can't access it. Maybe not "many people use the service" because they have been conned!

I still can't get ANY reply from Orange. Evil or Very Mad

I guess it's some sort of music/video on demand service, but I use youtube for that

It's more a digital music download service which comes with DRM to try and prevent you copying the file etc. They have a lovely system where you can only contact the Jukebox support through a webform.
