There had been temporary second line issues affecting calls to Montenegro, and calls to mobiles starting 07527 but they have now been fixed. I am unaware of any other mobile problems.

Well yeah that needs escalating definitely. Best way is to call and simply ask to speak to escalations or ask that the specific issue is talk escalated.
