That sync speed will at best give you a 2 meg profile, so slightly more than you're getting at the moment. However all it would take is a few fluctuations of 200 or so downwards and you'd get the profile you're on now.
Keep an eye on the downstream speed for the moment, once a day should be enough to check if you want to.
