I logged on to Orange Jukebox last weekend and the credit balance on my account was around £68 which was the balance on my Wanadoo Jukebox account just before I was kidnapped and transferred to Orange Jukebox (the only way to describe it!). Last Wednesday my account balance was showing £21, surprising as I have not downloaded anything or even logged on to the account in between.
E-mails to customer services are a non-starter although I did get a 2 line response informing me that the only person who can alter the credit balance is myself. I realise that I can ADD credit (but why the hell would I want to!) but thats it.
Has anyone else experienced this disappearing credit problem and have they resolved it?
I have also been trying to get Orange to refund me the full credit balance of my account (before the mystery disappearance) since the 19th June but they haven't even bothered to reply to those e-mails. Has anyone else tried that and if so how far have they got?
I had £26 credit and now 0 so I guess little I can do .. The Wanadoo music was great and easy to operate . Orange have no control over Jukebox as it is run by a seperate company who pay Orange a fee for access to their clients and apparently provide the Jukebox service . I spoke with Orange admin in Leeds and they said it was not there responsibility .. But I said that the name is Orange and they ARE responsible for all the services that they put through their "name" .. We pay Orange and anything that is available via thgeir site is thir responsibility.. However I feel that we are just talking to kids who dont give a toss and are just like most call centrs now.. If I get the chance I will change for Tiscali. No one seems to be in charge at present ... singn of the times with these multi-nationals.
