We'd need to know the line stats, a BT speedtest result if possible, in order to tell you what could be wrong. Otherwise it's like calling a garage because your car won't go and expecting them to know whats up with it.

Your reply is appreciated; however since my original post I've had several chats with the customer care team and they say I'll have to wait for two weeks before I should expect a decent download speed!
