I told Orange two weeks before my move I was going to move house and I asked them to transfer the services to the new address. They told me that my phone would be switched almost immediately after my move to my new address (it's the same phone exchange) and the broadband would be activated within 5 working days after the phone will have been switched.
The phone has been switched OK as they promised. Five working days after this I received an e-mail saying that I would have all my services (which means broadband) working within *25* working days. This is ridiculous.
What's going on? Has anybody had this kind of problem before?
