Been a customer since the Freeserve days (early 2000), and the only problem in nearly 10 years has been from a faulty LiveBox (and that was a year after using it).
Orange sent me a replacement Box within a matter of days and everything's been great again.
Also like to mention that I've never had any connection problems (or dis-connections rather) - service has been fantastic.
P.S. I must be one out of the million or so customers that are happy with the service

No prob. I just hope there's many more that are happy with the service. I have a deep 'fondness' for Orange, and they've given me excellent service over the years (that includes the mobile phone side of things too).
