After banging my head against a wall since the begining of November with my broadband issues and my amazement at Orange's total lack of interest for a lonstanding broadband / mobile customer I moved providers and I am not at all suprised to find that after having daily arguements with those useless bloody indian clueless turds that 0.5 meg is s***e and not the best they could do I am now running stabily on 7.5 meg
So thats 15 times faster than that bunch of planks could manage
So I guess the line tests they have been doing since early november were utter b*****ks
When you have issues with these muppets give them a reasonable amount of time to sort the problem and when they start to p**s you around tell them to stick their contract up their a**e as they are not providing a quality service .( I personaly believe speaking to the indian call centre alone should be justification enough to cancel your contract)
I am going to use every possible method I can to tell as many people as possible to avoid Orange I have never dealt with a bigger bunch of useless tossers ever.............
I do hope they send me a return postage bag soon for the livebox its going to get p***ed wet through in my back garden..........
Methods used to try & sort issues included 1 sometimes 4 calls a day to india, calls to UK customer services, Openreach visit, escalation team involvement, e-mail after e-mail, new filters, new powerlead (f**kwitt!!), the never ending line test fob off & restarting the live box with number 1 pressed that many f***ing times I could do it in my sleep
You are far from being the first to get this sort of runaround and won't be the last HOWEVER be aware that if you leave with unresolved billing issues they will pursue you via a collection agency within weeks of the money due date and, believe me, its no fun trying to sort out that circus!!!
