I doubt that very many groups will be affected now, most of them have already migrated to other services due to the p*ss poor service over the last 12 months. I had already set a cutover date for tomorrow to a tailor-made service on my own server - good timing or what!
I think this should serve as a warning to all Orange customers though, they don't give a toss about their customers - will your service be the next one to suffer attrition and gradual cessation? What will happen if the Broadband or mobile market becomes too competitive for Orange?

I'm sorry to hear this.
I am glad that you had an alternative in te pipeline! Lucky you, and unfortunate for those that do not and were hoping that Orange would eventually sort the Smartgroups out.
