Thats pretty odd. Have you tried changing the livebox channel yet? It can happen on occasion where you'll get signal problems even with a good strength signal.
Still at this point I'd recommend trying another wireless device with the livebox. Trying the livebox in another location may help show if it's some freaky signal problem too if you can.
