Reply from the gas supplier, "There's only 2 places to see when a pressure reduction like that has been applied on connections. One in a system that's not normally used or checked very much and the other by going into a previous fault where it was reduced and spotting the note. The latter is actually the most annoying to get to as you literally have to manually check until you find a note saying that the connection was reduced."
Do Orange actually use written quality procedures and are they accredited by a recognised body ?
