Normally the BT speedtest requires the full username you use to connect with, including the @fs.
If you try it several times over the course of a day or so and it always gives an error then it could be you're on the LLU service.
Also due to how it works try the thinkbroadband.com speedtest, that uses a test by sending a relatively large quantity of data to give a better representation of the speed than some tests.
