It started when i upgraded to 8mb which was 3 months ago now i believe, i didn't ever have issues before.

I can connect but just the speeds are random but generally not that good, around 2mb usually at 2.5mbx max like steve said.Yesterday the line went to 0.2mb speed randomly then had to ring Orange four times and eventually it went back to it's previous state around 4-5 hours later heh...

May aswell talk to mike tyson rather than some Orange staff! Razz

Ah well seems i can't really fix it thanks everyone anyway.

Trouble is Dan ringing them is bad enough with their TS and CS and costs a fortune my bill for my support calls nearly tallied with my broadband cost and all they tell you is to uninstall re-install u need a livebox or its BT's fault lol. Good Luck mate Sad

there was an extra 0.... it is 0.075pence/min , rest of the calc is the same...

Call cost=0.75p/min per call..... at any normal given time, there are at least 200 agents taking calls.. i.e. 0.75*200=150pounds each minute..... Now, multiply that figure for the 50 pence/min calls and u know what the moolah is like!!!!

Why does a MNC like Orange not have a toll free number? Why does a MNC have premium numbers like the 090 numbers?
