Hi,
I wonder if anyone has a similar problem or knows a fix...?
I joined Orange fairly recently and on the whole the experience has been ok however I still keep getting timeouts for certain websites, noteably I can't get to the login screen for halifax internet banking.
Curiously if i connect the VPN to my university I can access these pages with no problems.
I have disabled all my firewalls etc but the timeout still occurs.
I could previsouly access these pages when I used a dsl modem instead of the livebox, so potentially it could be a network card setting... im using the onboard LAN connection on my nForce mobo (winXP) if this helps.

Hi i had the same problem the only way to resolve this problem is to leave Orange i am with Virgin no problems at all believe me Orange will just tell you any old bull***t
