Freeserve pay as you go 5 years ago, switched to anytime, then broadband: set up in 10 sec and online with no problem - upgrades to 2 Mb, changeover to wanadoo and then Orange ... not a single disconnection besides me switching off the PC.
So I guess when there is nothing to report in 5 years it's must be included in the positive experience section ...
Its been the same with me, I was first on Freeserve pay as you go, then Wanadoo anytime, upgraded to BB while still with Wanadoo, and then they became Orange and really had no major issues apart from a very unreliable BB connection for two months after upgrading, but that was aparently BT failing to find a fault on my line.
So with the 4-5 years i've been with them I can honestly say i'm pretty happy.
