Credit where credit is due. I rang for my MAC. No hassle, I was promised it would arrive in a couple of days. It arrived next day.
And it worked, smooth (from a technical point of view) migration earlier this week.
The cynic would say they are bound to get better at issuing MACs as they are getting so much practice
Mind you, having been conned into a 12 month Livebox contract and migrated within 12 months I expect some grief from their accounts dept.

Got my MAC this week. Moving to o2 (now Sky) broadband.
Been an Orange/Wanadoo customer for 3 years but frankly I have had enough of them. Nothing too major but I can get a service with UK call centres, freephone numbers, twice as fast and cheaper from o2 (now Sky)
