Been faultless for me in 4 months except for a 2 hour outage last Saturday
About 6 months ago I was given the impression that with the LLU product if there isn't enough capacity at the exchange they won't let you sign up until there is - unlike some ISP's that wish to cram a quart into a pint pot out of their kit
