I'm currently with Orange but well out of there 18 month contract and I'm looking for a new ISP although I live on the Isle of Wight and so have a limited availability of choices. I've been reasonably impressed with the customer support of PlusNet and there usage policy seems okay (unlimited downloads at line speed between 12am & 12pm)
I'm with the same and I'm happy enough. I have no idea if they're good for people who want bells and whistles, I just wanted a broadband service. I chose them because they didn't have a minimum contract term when I signed up so I could try them out with no ties - they do now.
So no horror story from my side.
My sister's been with PlusNet for about a year and has had no problems. Her speed isn't as fast as mine with Orange, but she pays less, which probably evens it out.
