I have kept my original email account which was with Freeserve for many years now. Part of the conditions for keeping the account active is to dial up and download every 200 or so days. The number which has worked for many years now is 08440564000. This worked in February this year but when I tried in mid-July I am getting a "the number you have dialed has not been recognised". I also tried changing the number to 03440564000 like I have had to do for other 08... numbers recently but still get the same message. Does anyone know if there is a new number to use? Yes, I know it is my own fault for still being on a dial up account but I use the web-based most of the time and I do not want to change my email address.
