How about setting up a special section and inviting, by sending recorded letters etc. the directors of Orange to reply on this board issues raised here. For example LLu problems , Adsl Max availability, loss of connection and problems with the use of the Indian call centre.
Would be interesting to see if one did have a reply or NOT
