Think i'll give them till next monday and the I'll ring, they did say the phone takes 20 working days to switch and the broadband 10 working days so who knows i may get lucky. When I log on to my acount and click 'change speed' it gives me the option to change to 8mb for free asif it's ready and all they need to do it switch it but I darn't use this incase it messes it up! Do you recomend using that?
Just checked the e-mails I received on the 1/10/07 when I changed to homemax and i got two at the exact same time one saying thanks for your order wr're onto it and the other saying your package has been changed and your new speed is 2mb? what the? So I've gone into my acount and used the option to change to 8mb for free and it's just sent me the e-mail I received first saying we've received your order your livebox will be with you in 5 working days.
But i've already got my live box! I don't want another one, do you think they'll know that they've already sent me one?
