I have just received a call from Sam Atkinson of the executive office to explain that we have had our email accounts (and all they contain) deleted by cock-up. Apparently because we don't use dial up anymore. Thanks to Sam for pursuing this and telling me. But why has it taken 2 months for Orange to tell its own staff about this? And I wonder if I have a legal claim for the loss of all my contacts and correspondence?
Looking at the various threads on here since mid Jan. it looks like they have had a clear out of lots of old freeserve and fsmail accounts for people who no longer subscribe to HORRANGE without checking if they are still in use!
No surprise there then
