Orange seem to have a problem with their customer's free site hosting service at present. I've been unable to gain access to any mysite hosted sites all evening.
The system status bars on the Orange broadband help page were still reporting no problems earlier, although the page doesn't seem to be accessible at the time of writing!!
Yep, same problem again. also getting fed up with Orange not recognising my Freeserve email address for login. I have been unable to access my account for some while now....getting sensible help from them...yeh right.
What ever problems they were having with the service have certainly got a lot worse since Friday.
Doesn't look like it's going to get fixed over the weekend either.
I just wish they would update the public status page with the current situation, seems going by the forums on the Orange site that the CS staff are also still in the dark about the current problems.
We have received a few reports of problems and the engineers are currently investigating this issue. Any faults found will be repaired as soon as possible.

I've always found the mysite extremely twitchy and in short mostly unusable. Fortunately Orange still support my old freeserve.co.uk site.
I always used to host my Ebay auction pictures on my Freeserve/ Wanadoo site, but Orange made that inaccessable by ftp, so I opened a mysite account. Last night, all my auction pictures disappeared, ruining those due to finish today. I know it's supposed to be a free service ( although as you have to be an Orange member to access it, I'd question that) but surely Orange could at least update the Status bar on their pages - it's still showing June! It's truly terrible service. Looks like I'm going to have to go for a pay hosting site..
No newsgroups, unreliable webspace, £26.99 a month for 30GB, (but still not unlimited) broadband. I'm on the verge of going elswhere...
It's down again - all my ebay pictures aren't showing and sitebuilder is dead. Just like last time, it's on a Friday so it looks like another weekend of ruined listings. I am leaving Orange this time...
